Jason is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and coaches evenings at FENTRESS CrossFit.

For 22 years he’s been an avid weightlifter and runner, participating in numerous bench press and CrossFit competitions, marathons, 10k, 8K, and 5K races.

“The impact that Crossfit has made not only on my life, but my family’s has been tremendous. Together we are a much happier, healthier family through the support and encouragement we give each other and the support of the CrossFit community. “

Jason is very goal-oriented, very encouraging and will constantly remind you of good form during your WOD.

Martha owns Fentress CrossFit and coaches morning and afternoon/evening classes.  In a year of crossfit and clean eating Martha lost 55 pounds and knows how crossfit can be the answer to anyone struggling with weight and overall health issues.

Dawn has been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for 9 years.  She is the 2007 NASF Figure Champion and is certified in cycle and zumba.

 Noni is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Spinning Certified Trainer, Pilates Instructor and Weight Watchers Leader.

For 20 years she’s been interested in fitness. Starting with Indoor Cycling which lead to Road Cycling and Racing, Running Races including numerous marathons, 10k, 8K, and 5K races, culminating in successfully completing two Ironman Distance Triathlons. She has been a Group Exercise Instructor at The YMCA for the past ten years and now teaches Pilates and Crossfit classes here at Fentress Crossfit.

Noni believes in living clean, which includes nutrition and exercise and most importantly… fun! If you don’t like what you’re eating or doing for exercise you won’t want to stick with it… So, find something you love and do it!
