Martha owns Fentress CrossFit and coaches afternoon/evening classes (CrossFit, Sweatbox, Bootcamp and 50+FIT)
In a year of crossfit and clean eating Martha lost 55 pounds and by following other FENTRESS programming (Bootcamp and Sweatbox) Martha recently shaved off another 35 pounds.
Jason is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and coaches evenings at FENTRESS CrossFit.
For 22 years he’s been an avid weightlifter and runner, participating in numerous bench press and CrossFit competitions, marathons, 10k, 8K, and 5K races.
Noni is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Spinning Certified Trainer, Pilates Instructor and Weight Watchers Leader.
